These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Momentum AI's website and services ("Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Momentum AI provides an AI receptionist solution designed to answer inbound calls, capture information, and deliver call summaries based on your configuration.
You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and keep your configuration updated as needed (e.g., hours, FAQs, booking rules). You are responsible for the business decisions made based on call summaries and captured information.
Plans are month-to-month unless otherwise stated.
A one-time setup fee will apply as shown during checkout.
The one-time setup fee is subject to change. The rate at the time of purchase is locked for the client.
You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.
You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including spamming, harassment, fraud, or attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
The AI receptionist is configured based on information you provide.
No system is error-free, and performance may vary.
You are responsible for reviewing summaries and following up as needed.
Standard build timelines are up to 14 days from completion of onboarding forms. More complex builds will require additional time.
All content, software, and materials related to Momentum AI are owned by Momentum AI or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without permission.
The Services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., telephony, hosting, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Momentum AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to defend and indemnify Momentum AI against claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
